Recently, Rocky Mountain PBS had this to say about my black and white rose
named Simplicity.
One of the truisms of science is the concept that the
"elegance" of nature is its "simplicity". In this beautiful
photograph of an equally beautiful white rose is expressed another truism: the
"elegance" of a flower is a function of its "simplicity."
Artist and donor, Tonya Vander of Aurora, has titled this photographic work
"Simplicity" and has appropriately set it into a black mat and 26 by
20 inch black frame.
Tonya Vander is a member of The Aurora Artist Guild and The
Aurora Society of Photographers. She has won numerous awards for her
photography. Her focus is on creation, which she sees as "reflected
glory."
